Apollo Africa takes data protection seriously. Apollo Africa shall comply with legislation that protects data and personal information, like the Protection of Personal Information Act.

We will keep your personal information or share it with third parties in the following cases: 

• for as long as we need it to act on your instructions 
• if the law requires it 
• so that we can communicate with you about our services and products where appropriate 

Where you are required to provide us with the details of other people, you confirm that you have the permission or authority to do so. 

Once we no longer have a need or legal basis to keep your personal information, we will delete or de-identify the personal information that we have collected from you.  If you wish to update or correct your personal information, please contact us by email at info@apolloafrica.co.za using the details provided.
